Time to resolve.
Looking at Fitblrs to get pumped again.
Why do I go back and forth on my health so often?
(Source: get-motivation)
I decided at the beginning of October to weigh only the first and the last day of the month. October 1st my weight was: 185.4 and on October 31st my weight was 180.8. I am happy with this loss, however I know it could have been better. I have been sick for nearly two weeks now, so most of this loss was not healthy. Also, I must mention, I snacked on candy all month long. I plan on getting “back on track” during the month of November.
My first goal of November is to get over this illness. The majority of this day will be spent resting (with plenty of fluid, of course!). After I feel better, I plan on beginning to do light exercises (walks initially, then to bike rides). Through-out the month I am going to eat well, and most importantly, eat mindfully! November is going to be about re-establishing my health and my goals. New goals will come, inevitably. I am hopeful; I am excited. Happiness is helpful.
I hope the new boy supports me in this. I know he will.
I hope I am able to do well with work, school, socializing, romance, and my health.
I’ve got disssss! :)
Since my last visit to my Fitblr I’ve lost four pounds.
That was without the gym — That was *just* living happily. Food became nutrition once again — Not fuel and not something to peg in that endless, seeping void. Isn’t it strange how our bodies follow our minds? Sick to sick, dust to dust. All I’m saying is this: Balance.
Mind, body, and soul. <3
